Mike was the first person hired by Marshall at MBS and tasked with developing an operations team that supports our sales and marketing team nationwide. Mike, who worked closely with Marshall for many years, has extensive experience in a wide variety of leadership positions in lock production with over 39 years of in-industry experience. He has managed several departments as Assembly Manager, Materials Manager, Master Scheduler, Productions Planning and Procurement Manager, and others. He has been hard at work at MBS in the implementation of our inventory control, developing nomenclature for thousands of parts, building relationships with all our manufacturing partners, and countless other tasks to make MBS so successful. Mike strives for excellence in all he does and works tirelessly to serve customers and get back to the basics of providing true customer service.
